Common questions

An invitation link opens Safari

Install the latest Nudge build, then open the invitation link again. You can also copy the complete link and paste it into the invitation screen in Nudge.

A change has not appeared yet

Open the connected person and tap the refresh arrow. Offline changes remain queued and are sent when the connection returns.

Delete your data

In Nudge, open Settings → Account & data → Delete account. This removes the anonymous server profile and clears local app data. Apple subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Apple ID settings.
